Cuvée Ortolan 2018

Bouchet, synonymous with Cabernet Franc, is usually compare to finesse and elegance. This cuvée wants to express all its aromatic delicacy: notes of spices, pepper and raspberry, the palate is fresh, tense, carried by delicate tannins.

Tasting Notes : The 2018 Ortolan fully assumes its personality with a delicate shiny garnet. The nose lets the fruit express itself, in particular redcurrant and wild strawberry, with peppery notes. Elegant on the palate, the tannins are silky and its fruity aromatic palette is nuanced by subtle floral notes like iris.
